CJ Zarb is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of The Pilates Journal, a global publication dedicated to connecting Pilates professionals through education, industry insights and community.
A qualified Pilates instructor, CJ’s passion for learning and her background in journalism and marketing led her to create The Pilates Journal, with the first edition launching in 2023.
Today, CJ brings together the voices, experiences and insights of Pilates instructors, educators and studio owners from around the world. She is passionate about supporting the continued development of the Pilates profession and creating opportunities for the industry to learn, connect and grow.
CJ is also the author of The Pilates Journal’s 2026 Global Industry Report, which surveyed 955 Pilates professionals worldwide to explore the trends, challenges and opportunities shaping the future of the industry.
